WHAT ROLES ARE AVAILABLE?

We are hiring independent contractors for our collaborative curriculum development teams in the following departments:

• Middle School - all subjects

• High School - all humanities, geometry, algebra and statistics

HOW MANY HOURS WILL I WORK?

This will depend on the nature of the project you are contracted for.

Part of the interview process will be matching your talents with a project that fits your schedule and interests.

WHAT DO YOU PAY?

We pay an hourly rate between $25 and $75 based on experience, the difficulty of the project, and the geographic location of the educator.

WHAT IS YOUR SELECTION CRITERIA?

Our 3 most important criteria are:

• passion for equity in education and the collaborative process

• experience with social justice oriented approaches to curriculum design

• commitment to an innovative, interdisciplinary approach to curriculum design

We especially encourage educators from marginalized communities to apply.

HOW DO I APPLY?

You can apply two ways!

• Send an email with a brief introduction, your resume and a sample lesson plan or project-based assessment. Your writing sample does not have to be pretty! We are looking for creativity.

• Complete our online form

  We will follow up within 2 days to provide feedback. If selected to move forward, we will schedule a phone interview with our director.
